Shipping Policy

How long it takes

Most dresses at Mini Bride Atelier are made to order. When you place an order, your dress is cut and sewn for you, which is why the timeline is longer than ordinary online shopping and why the fit and finish are what they are.

A small number of styles are available from existing stock and ship much faster.

Timing varies by designer and by style. The production time for each dress is listed on its product page. Please check it before ordering, and allow time beyond it for delivery and for any alterations you may want once the dress arrives.

Delivery

Shipping within the United States is free on every order.

Once your dress is ready, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. This is transit time only and begins after production is complete. Your total wait is the production time shown on the product page, plus delivery.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship by Priority Mail and take 7 to 12 business days to arrive once your dress is ready.

We do not currently ship outside the United States. This includes US territories: we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.

How your dress reaches you

Your dress does not ship directly from the designer. Every order comes first to our studio in New Jersey, where it is inspected before being sent on to you.

It means a dress with a fault is caught by us rather than discovered by you, and it means what arrives at your door is a quality dress we can stand behind. 

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as your dress is dispatched from our studio.

Rush orders

Some designers can produce a dress faster for an additional fee. If your date is sooner than the production time allows, contact us at info@minibrideatelier.com before ordering and we will tell you what is possible for that particular dress.  Rush orders are at the discretion of the individual designer.

Delays

We build our timelines with margin, and we monitor every order in production. If something does run late we will contact you as soon as we know, rather than leaving you to wonder.

If a delay means your dress cannot arrive in time for your date, you are entitled to cancel for a full refund.
